This five week challenge is about creating the healthy and fit lifestyle you have always wanted! As a fitness trainer and empowerment coach who happens to be losing my sight, I know that there is SO much more to fitness than what meets the eye. Over the course of these five weeks, you will see your body become sculpted, tone, and strong. But more importantly, I will coach you on changing your mindset around fitness so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle! By joining in on the challenge, you will become a part of a community of women who want to become more confident versions of themselves. You will get to train with me daily (from the comfort of your own home), and you will receive an easy to follow meal guide to help navigate your nutrition throughout your journey. Oh yeah, you’ll also get empowerment coaching with me, and access to a private community of women completing the challenge just like you! It’s going to be a challenging 5 weeks, but it will be really fun too! I can’t WAIT to change your perspective on fitness! Here are all of the details on what you’ll get by joining in…
